Vision Dedicated, Style Inspired

Our eyes do not always tell us when something is wrong. Many eye diseases develop without noticeable symptoms. Working together, we can reduce the impact of sight-threatening conditions. It all starts with an eye exam.

Even healthy eyes can have problems with visual clarity. Great eyesight requires great glasses (or contact lenses). We have hand-picked designer frames, partner with quality lens manufacturers, and offer a wide range of specialty contacts to meet all your vision and style needs.

Meet Our Team

Dr. Megan Baldwin, O.D.

Optometrist

As a Kansas native (born and raised in Kingman), Dr. Baldwin is thrilled to practice what she loves so close to home. She can’t imagine anything better than caring for her community and building strong ties with new friends and colleagues.

Dr. Baldwin attended Bethel College for her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry before continuing her education at Northeastern State University, Oklahoma College of Optometry. Here, she graduated Magna Cum Laude and became a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society based on her high-achieving academic performance. She was also presented with the “Outstanding Clinician in Ocular Disease” award during her education.

Dr. Baldwin finds her role as an optometrist incredibly fulfilling, as she strives to provide a space for each patient to be heard and feel cared for, and helps them obtain their personal best achievable vision. She likes to problem-solve and finds it particularly rewarding when she can provide solutions to patients who thought they were out of options.

As a leader for her team at The Eye Gallery, Dr. Baldwin loves hosting a workspace that fosters genuine, caring relationships amongst employees and working alongside the team to give back to our community. This caring, welcoming environment extends to the patients from every member of the team.

When she’s not in the office caring for her patients, Dr. Baldwin enjoys making memories with her husband, Aaron, and two children. They are often busy with the kids’ activities, sports events, church, and hosting their friends and family. The whole family loves to travel, and Dr. Baldwin and her husband especially enjoy scuba diving. Dr. Baldwin enjoys live performances and tries to attend as many music theatre performances as possible.

Dr. Alisa Nola, O.D.

Optometrist

Dr. Alisa Nola is a Wichita native and is very excited to serve her hometown. During optometry school, she was diagnosed with a binocular vision problem that caused frequent headaches. This was a ‘lightbulb’ moment as her diagnosis explained a lot of her reading struggles, even though she excelled in school. Dr. Nola believes that vision is more than seeing 20/20 on an eye chart. She enjoys educating patients about their vision and providing individualized eye care to children and adults.

Dr. Nola received her Bachelor’s degree at Wichita State University (Go Shockers!) and her Optometry degree at the Illinois College of Optometry, where she achieved the Dean’s list for academic achievement. Her passion for providing care for pediatrics and those affected with brain injuries led her to complete a residency in Pediatrics and Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation.

As part of her extended training, Dr. Nola completed fellowships with the American Academy of Optometry and the Optometric Vision Development & Rehabilitation Association, through which she is board-certified in vision development, vision therapy, and vision rehabilitation.

Dr. Nola is especially passionate about vision therapy and rehabilitation, with a focus on working with children and supporting individuals on their recovery journey following an acquired or traumatic brain injury. Through eye care, Dr. Nola contributes to helping patients achieve clear vision and visual comfort, using vision therapy and rehabilitation to make a lasting, positive impact on her patients’ daily lives, which she finds very fulfilling. She is experienced in working with young children and can help put kids at ease in the new and unfamiliar clinic environment during their eye exams.

Outside of patient care, Dr. Nola enjoys serving her community through a local church and spending quality time with her family. On weekends, you’ll often find her exploring farmers’ markets, visiting coffee shops, or enjoying her passions for music, travel, cycling, and outdoor activities.
